A Special Collaboration: Dave Lee & Cantor David Rome

We are happy to share news from JHSE member, Cantor David Rome, who has been collaborating musically with the legendary Dave Lee. David Lee was a long time accompanist to Judy Garland, he wrote the hit song "Goodness Gracious Me" for Sophia Loren and Peter Sellers, was resident musical director on That Was the Week That Was, and has famously worked with Louis Armstrong, Sarah Vaughan, Duke Ellington, Cleo Laine, John Dankworth and many of the greats.

At the age of 97 he together with Cantor David Rome have teamed up to bring new renditions of some of the most beautiful music ever written. To date, they have recorded 'A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square' & 'A Foggy Day in London Town', with more to come.
