Troubleshooting Guide

JHSE members enjoy the benefit of attending events free of charge. For each event, members are granted one free ticket.If you find you are a JHSE member, but find you are being charged for events at checkout, please complete the following checks before contacting us for support at info@jhse.org

• Are you logged in? Before trying to register for an event, make sure you are signed in to the website, at the top right hand corner of the page.

• Is your membership up to date? You can check the status of your membership by logging in at the top-right of the page.

• Have you already registered for this event? Members are granted one free ticket per event, but any additional tickets will be charged at the normal rate of £5.
