All meetings are held at Ralli Hall, Denmark Villas in Hove commencing at 7.45 pm, usually on the last Tuesdays in October, November, January, February, March and April.
Lectures are followed by questions, discussion and light refreshments.
There is no charge for JHSE members and students, but there is a charge of £5 to any most welcome visitors.
The Branch has secured a special exhibition ‘The Jews of South East England’ which covers 13 Jewish communities including Brighton & Hove, as well as Dover, Canterbury, Guildford and Bletchley Park and has been made available to us by Oxford Chabad. It will take place from 10th – 12th November 2019 at Ralli Hall, with support from the Sussex Jewish Representative Council and Ralli Hall. The exhibition will be open from 11.00am to 3.00pm on Sunday 10th and Tuesday 12th, and from 12.00 noon to 4.00 pm on Monday 11th. Entry is free, no booking required.
